Tree pollen is rising in the Eastern parts of the United States. The trees rise in orchestrated patterns, with juniper cedar and maple rising first followed by pack beech and birch tree. The main symptoms are from the later trees, oak beech and birch. Pollination also depends on the weather, with trees pollinating on days when the temperature are above 55 degrees.

People who are pollen sensitive should wash their hair after coming home, wear glasses, and avoid contact lenses. Patients who have secondary sinusitis and asthma should make sure that their underlying disease is adequately medicated .
